The Job
This role is key to the seamless delivery of the agency creative workflow ensuring all work is delivered to the highest quality, on time and on budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibility of the Traffic Manager is to manage and plan all work through the creative and planning department, overseeing resource bookings on our project management system, manage real-time movements to accommodate changing priorities and project clashes, working closely with Creatives, Planners and particularly Project Managers.
THE SPECIFICS
- Work with the Project Management team to oversee jobs, schedules and workloads, make sure they are on track, on time and budget.
- Working with CD to determine who is the right person to work on what and manage the conflicting demands of ambition, time and budget.
- Ensuring that projects keep moving and unplug any blockages proactively should they arise. Working to ensure optimal utilisation of all resourced teams at all times.
- Lead weekly resource meetings and monthly creative planning meetings with all key stakeholders.
- Ensure freelancers are managed well from hire, given an initial briefing and shown filing structures and folders at start of contract. Follow up completion of timesheets and compliance documents for all freelance resource.
- Manage holidays within the team to ensure minimum need for freelance and disruption to work.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience 4+ years of experience working in a creative agency environment.
- Experience and knowledge of resource management and finance tools.
- Knowledge of how agency processes work and how they interlink with all other departments.
- Understanding of creative team skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and motivate creative teams.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and effectively across multiple projects.
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Hours: Part-time (2.5 days per week, spread across 5 days)
- Salary: £20,000 p.a. (£40,000pro-rata)
